Jamie is an associate at Virtus Law, with experience assisting  in corporate and finance matters.

She has been involved in various ship finance transactions involving vessel refinancing, and sale and leaseback transactions.

 

Jamie also has experience in banking and finance, wherein she assisted in advising KEB Hana Bank, Singapore Branch on a US$675 million trade facility. This involved an assignment of the loan to Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Singapore Branch and Kookmin Bank Co., Ltd., Singapore Branch. The security documents were released and re-granted as first priority and second priority securities in favour of various lenders.
